Our History

Originally established as Integrum Worldwide by two principal investment firms, the company was built on three early acquisitions and the recruitment of industry veteran Claude Zdanow to lead it. Today ONAR is a public company with a fully remote, global team across five continents.

Its early 2023 acquisitions included Hell’s Creative and Shellshock, along with VMED, which the company later divested. In January 2025, ONAR launched ONAR Labs, its innovation division, to develop the proprietary tools that run across the network: Retina AI, Sour Grapes, and Cortex, with an agentic operating system now in development to support and scale future acquisitions.

In March 2026, ONAR acquired Scale Partner to expand into commercial real estate. The current agency network includes Storia, JUICE, Of Kos, and Scale Partner.

Our Approach

Technology Stack: A shared operating system. As we acquire agencies, we connect them to a common stack: Retina AI for predictive targeting, Cortex for analytics and offline sales attribution, Sour Grapes for brand protection, and an agentic automation layer, in development, that handles repeatable production work under human review.

Hub & Spoke Infrastructure: We leverage a platform-light way of operating, allowing agencies to self-fund resources for work, and are prepared to execute integrated solutions for larger clients in collaboration with our entire ecosystem.

Non-Competitive SME Agency Brands: We acquire specialized marketing agencies without competitive overlap. Each agency is either tactically focused or a subject matter expert, leveraging others in our ecosystem for execution of the latter.

Expert Global Team: Our team is fully remote and global, with experts across five continents. You get tenured experience and a genuinely global perspective on every account.
